By positioning myself as an empowerer in conflict resolution, I am taking on a role that goes beyond simply mediating disputes. My focus on empowering parties to widen their horizons, better understand themselves, and make wise decisions, highlights my commitment to fostering not just resolution but personal growth and development.
My faith in the innate capacity of every individual for cooperation, even in the face of the primal "fight or flight" response, suggests at the core of humanity lies a sense of connectiveness. My Story
As a young child growing up in the picturesque Alps of Liechtenstein, nestled between Switzerland and Austria, I found myself immersed in a unique environment that would shape my perspective on life. The stunning natural surroundings, coupled with the proximity to global financial institutions, set the stage for a fascinating journey.
From an early age, I learned a valuable lesson about the importance of cooperation for success and prosperity. The culture of collaboration and interconnectedness in the heart of Europe became ingrained in my understanding of the world. It wasn't just about personal achievement but recognizing that working together, whether on a local or international scale, was the key to unlocking opportunities and success.
The allure of the immense world of international finance captivated my curiosity, prompting me to delve into the intricacies of how global players made decisions that influenced economies and societies. This led me to pursue a path as a financial analyst.
However, as I continued down the path of financial analysis, I found more and more answers and learned more and more skills. With my communication skills, unconditional openness to people, and insatiable curiosity I searched for a way to make a positive impact. It was a fortuitous conversation with a psychologist friend at the Max-Planck institute that introduced me to the world of mediation. Embracing the idea of mediation as a way to facilitate understanding and resolution, I embarked on a new educational journey.
Choosing the Konstanzer Schule für Mediation, a renowned institution recognized by both the German state and Switzerland, I found myself surrounded by like-minded individuals from diverse sectors, all sharing a passion for mediation. I am grateful for the opportunity to work alongside remarkable individuals whom I deeply respect and appreciate. Their passion, dedication, and expertise have not only enriched my professional journey but also inspired a collaborative spirit that fuels our collective success.
